MOMMY & ME CLASSES
Coming January 6, 2025!! This will be a FREE ($5 donations welcome) 30 minute class Mondays at 9:30am where you can come and workout with your baby (1 child per mom, 0-2 years of age). Space will be limited so this will be a pre-register only class.
